N2N Living is a technology platform that connects verified property owners with tenants and provides tools for visits, agreements, documentation and rent management. We are not a party to the rental contract between owner and tenant.

Owners must list only properties they are legally entitled to rent and must provide accurate rent, deposit, availability and usage details.

The Verified badge indicates that we reviewed ownership and supporting documents at a point in time. It is not a warranty of the physical condition of the property.

Listings found to be misleading may be removed or re-verified without notice.

Visit bookings require a protected visit fee, which is adjusted against onboarding charges if the tenancy proceeds.

Onboarding charges, deposits, monthly rent and the platform service fee are displayed before payment. Taxes apply as per Indian law.

The rent date chosen during onboarding is recorded in the digital agreement and governs due dates and reminders.

Digital agreements generated on the platform are binding between the owner and tenant who execute them.

You may not scrape the platform, impersonate another person, upload forged documents or attempt to move transactions off-platform to avoid fees or protections.

Accounts violating these terms may be suspended.
