To show relevant verified listings, generate rental agreements, schedule protected visits and maintain your rent schedule on the date you chose.

To verify ownership and prevent fraudulent listings, and to resolve disputes using the timestamped document history.

We do not sell your personal data or share KYC documents with anyone outside the specific rental relationship they belong to.

Agreements, NOC letters, ID proofs, move-in reports and maintenance records are stored encrypted and are visible only to the tenant and owner attached to that rental.

You can request an export or deletion of your documents at any time from within the app or by writing to support@n2nliving.app.

Rental records are retained for the duration of the tenancy plus the period required by applicable Indian law for financial and tax records.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data. Verified transaction records may be retained where deletion would conflict with legal obligations.
