Verified homes, zero brokerage: how N2N verification works

A photo is not proof. Before a home gets the Verified Property badge on N2N Living, the owner's identity, ownership documents and the actual unit photos are reviewed.

Visits are booked through the app with a small protected fee, so both sides show up. The exact address is released only after the owner approves your slot, which protects the property and keeps your visit accountable.

Because owners list directly, there is no brokerage in between. The platform service fee is shown on the listing itself — no surprise charges at signing.

If anything about a listing looks off, one report from a tenant takes it into re-verification. Trust is the product.
